A Dolls House in Hoxton Square

8th July 2013

Richard Susskind and Co. are delighted to announce that we have let 35 Hoxton Square to The Dead Dolls Club.

The Dead Dolls Club will occupy the premises for a year before our client (a private landlord) starts redevelopment. They have transformed the building into a ‘Dolls House’ which hosts pop-ups, parties, fashion shoots and many other exciting events.

35 Hoxton Square is made up of the ground, first and second floors, in which 5 separate rooms have been created. The Parlour, Dining Room, Drawing Room, Ballroom and Terrace each offer members and visitors a unique, one-off experience.

Open every Wednesday – Saturday from 5pm, the Dead Dolls House invite a different street food operator every week to run the kitchen. You don’t have to be a member to book a table however, you will need to be in order to access the Ballroom and Terrace, so make sure you join up here.

The Dead Dolls Club has taken a fantastic property in the ultimate location, in the heart of buzzing Shoreditch.

We hope that The Dead Dolls Club have a fantastic year at Hoxton Square!
