Four requirements for office space

Richard Susskind & Company are delighted to announce we have been instructed on four urgent office requirements. Joining us as clients are One Fine Stay, Raconteur Media, Infurn and Model’s Own.

 Europe’s largest provider of high quality reproductions of designer furniture Infurn require 1500-2000 sq ft in WC1 WC2 or W1. Due to their aesthetic they’ll suit a modern or quirky space. The rent must not exceed £60 per sq ft (all inc.) although this could be stretched for an exceptional space.

Travel expert’s One Fine Stay are looking for 10,000 to 15,000 Sq Ft of space that is split 2:1 office to storage. The location itself is flexible as long as it is central London. They require a loading bay and a goods lift, preferably the space would be on a ground floor. Good transport links, especially by road, will be essential for their interest.

Raconteur Media, a publishing house that produces special interest reports for high profile newspapers, need 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft in EC1, WC1, WC2 or W1. Only top quality space will be considered with the price not to exceed £60 per sq ft (all inc.).

Make up manufacturers Models Own require an office that is outside of the congestion charge zone, preferably North London. If letting they would like 3,000 – 4,000 sq ft or 2,000 sq ft for a small freehold.
