Richard Susskind & Company are delighted to announce that we have let circa 9,000 sq ft with two deals at 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1 on behalf of our client Herald Investment Management.

The third floor, comprising a total of 4,587 sq ft, has been let to YMCA England who are the largest and oldest charity working with young people in the world. There are 114 YMCAs across England with a further 19 operating in Wales. They focus on young people and help them play an active and fulfilling role within their communities.

The ground floor, comprising a total of 4,286 sq ft, has been let to Eventbrite UK Limited who are the world’s largest self-service ticketing platform. Tickets include music festivals, marathons, hackathons, conferences, political rallies, air guitar contents, gaming competitions, charity events and many more.
