Going, going, gone: Three new lettings for Abbey House

16th November 2011

We are delighted to announce that on behalf on Venaglass we have just let three floors at Abbey House, 74-76 St John Street, EC1, each at 1,065 Sq Ft. Standing inbetween Farringdon Station and Clerkenwell Road it is well positioned within a vibrant working environment. With the station only a stones throw away it is easily accessible from most parts of London and this is set to improve with the introduction of the Cross Rail. With a modern exterior and newly refurbished spaces it aesthetic keeps up this great standard.

Taking the 1st Floor will be the photography company SuperStock. Collating together stock images they work alongside the media and other consumers who require photographs. Their collection differs from Royalty-Free to Rights Managed work and they have a fantastic range for fine art and vintage styles.

Also moving in will be the construction cost consultants GB Fitzsimon who will take the 2nd floor. They’ve built a company over 20 years by making great property choices, although more usually it’s through project management and building surveying, this move most definitely shows off their taste.

Shen Milsom & Wilke will take the 3rd Floor, they are a global firm that specialise in a range of technical schemes ranging from Acoustics, Data Centre Planning, Room Design and a whole plethora of other projects. Spanning across the globe they have completed major developments that transformed the functionality of spaces from New York to Hong Kong.

Although half of the building has now been let we still have around 4,000 sq ft of space available. Check here for availability or call 020 7831 8311 for inspection.
