New A3 Unit in popular Shoreditch gallery

28th March 2012

We are delighted to announce a new instruction for an A3 unit within Rivington Place, EC2. The café is 570 Sq Ft and holds both an alcohol permit and a music permit. Added to this is a late night drinks licence that gives trade till 12.30am Sunday to Wednesday and 1.00am Thursday to Saturday. It’s available on a flexible lease length for £27,000 with a service charge of c. £3 per Sq Ft.

Rivington Place opened in October 2007 in the heart of Shoreditch, East London, home to Iniva (Institute of International Visual Arts) and Autograph ABP’s dynamic artistic programmes. Rivington Place is the UK’s first permanent public space  dedicated to diversity in the visual arts and the first new public gallery to be built in London for 40 years since the Hayward Gallery.

The RIBA award-winning building was designed by David Adjaye OBE and is influenced by African and contemporary art as well as the history of the local area. It provides a space for viewing, learning about and researching contemporary art. It has also become a hive of activity and a meeting place for the local East London community.

The café benefits hugely from its position within such a hub of art and culture due to regular footfall being provided. See marketing details on the left-hand side for more information.
