Semi-final of ‘The Apprentice’ in Metropolitan Wharf tonight!

30th May 2012

Richard Susskind & Company are delighted to announce that our property Metropolitan Wharf in Wapping will be featuring on BBC1’s ‘The Apprentice’ this evening at 9pm. Lauren Leach, from our Retail & Leisure team advised our client UK Real Estate to introduce this iconic eight storey Grade II listed Victorian warehouse building to Talkback Thames who decided to utilize the space for filming.

The building has been recently sensitively restored by Hawkins Brown architects who have purposely left the interior spaces raw; exposing the original structure and building materials. Hawkins Brown have created a beautiful entrance hall and riverside terrace, which has excellent views over the Thames and Canary Wharf. The building now contains 43 units, suitable for a wide range of businesses… and indeed television locations.

Richard Susskind & Company and our joint agents Pilcher Hershman still have some media-style office space and retail units available to let in this fantastic building. For further information please see left for property details or email us to speak to an agent.

Don’t forget to watch the final five entrepreneurs battle it out in the semi-final of ‘The Apprentice’.
