Richard Susskind & Company Retail & Leisure department are delighted to announce that we have acted again on behalf of Street Feast. We have secured the carpark at the Hamilton Buildings on Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch, London comprising an approximate area of 1,153 square metres.
Street Feast have been breathing a new life into local communities since May 2012 by helping launch dozens of small businesses and transforming the lives of many street food traders. These include Rotary Bar, Gin Store, Whisky Bar, Tequila Tree House, Rum Shack, Frontier Bar, Street Vin, Kozel Beer Truck, Kamm Shed, Winyl, Smokestak, 20 Traders, B.O.B.’s Lobster, Bleecker Street, Breddos, Kimchinary, Mama’s Jerk, Rola Wala, Slider Bar, You Doughnut!, Yum Bun and more!
They have revived London‘s abandoned car parks, builders’ yards, warehouses, power stations and a 1950s market to create a fresh way of eating, drinking and hanging out. They currently have Model Market in Lewisham, Dalston Yard in Dalston and Hawker House in Hackney.
They are opening a ‘Dinerama’ which will take place in Shoreditch Yard, the second largest licensed venue in Hackney. The venue will hold 1,100 people with six permanent diners, six food shacks and six concept bars and will be open five days a week compared to the other Street Feasts which are only open at weekends.
Situated in the heart of Shoreditch they are in a fantastic location and we hope that Street Feast feel at home here. Richard Susskind & Company acted for Street Feast and Allsop acted for the Landlord, City of London.
